Guest comment: "What a beautiful, relaxing stay in the magnificent old Homestead. The views are out of this world".

annup River Cottages is quite an historical site and is surrounded by 'old world' charm.

The Homestead, which was built around 1876, has a heritage listing and there are many relics and other reminders around the property of days gone by which add to the interest of this enchanting place.

The Blackwood River meanders along the property and is ideal for walks, early evening strolls, trout fishing, bird watching, and when in season — marron fishing.

There are a variety of farm animals in and around the property to add to its appeal, and you are very welcome to join in and feed them during their feeding times.

Once you stay for a while and watch the sunrise and sunset, enjoy the cool breezes gently blowing in from the valley, and absorb the breathtaking scenery, you'll want to do it all over again!
